PROCESSING WITH SUPPLIED SAMPLES

As our company is a production-oriented enterprise, we can reproduce according to the shape, size and other parameters of customers' samples.

After receiving the customer's sample processing requirements, we will first conduct a detailed evaluation of the order. The content of evaluation includes the material of the sample, the difficulty of the process, the processing requirements, the delivery time and so on.

Through adequate communication with customers, we ensure that we have an accurate understanding of customer needs and make reasonable plans for subsequent processing. For the samples provided by customers, we will carry out detailed analysis. The content of analysis mainly includes the structure, size and precision requirements of the sample.

Based on the analysis results, we will provide customers with a detailed quotation, the quotation will fully consider the cost of materials, processing hours, equipment depreciation, management costs and other factors to ensure the rationality of the quotation.

After the raw material is ready, we will process it according to the established production and processing process. In the process of processing, we will strictly follow the customer's sample parameters and processing requirements to ensure product quality and accuracy.

At the same time, we will also closely monitor the production progress to ensure that the products can be delivered on time. After the sample is produced, we will first compare it with the sample provided by the customer, taking a photo and sending it to the customer for basic confirmation. After the sample is passed, we will send it to the customer for final judgment on whether it meets the customer's requirements. If there are some non-conformities, we will efficiently further improve until the customer is satisfied.
